About Caroline

Caroline Clark is a registered clinical animal behaviour counsellor achieving her post graduate diploma in companion animal behaviour counselling at Southampton University in 2006, where she studied under some of the world’s leading authorities in the field.  Caroline is also a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) with over forty years of experience working with and helping pets.

In 2014 Caroline founded Pet Education and Training where she now divides her time between seeing clinical behaviour cases, mentoring budding behaviourists and providing online and in person continuing education to students from the veterinary community and other pet professionals (www.petcourses.co.uk).

Caroline has been featured by a number of media outlets including The TV Times, The Telegraph and appeared as the animal behaviour expert in Embarrassing Pets, helping fix problematic pet problems in a 20 part series for Channel 4 TV, which is still being aired worldwide.

Caroline’s other passion is feline behaviour and welfare and she is currently working on her second book: Demystifying Feline Behaviour, due to be published in late 2023.

Caroline lives on a small holding in the North Yorkshire Wolds where she shares her life with her dog, two cats and horse.
